In the first session of Creative Futures, we were introduced to the module by Sally Bentley, who ran through the course handbook, week by week lesson plan, and the assignment brief.
As well as that, we were then given a small exercise to research and find some effective advertising campaigns so that we can grasp a better understanding of creating an image for yourself in the media.
Things we looked at included:
Controversial advertising campaigns such as the ones from the United Colours of Benetton
Innovative advertising which included the immersive online experience designed by the Nespresso company
